Please include a few words about themselves (i.e. who you are, where you are from, where you work - 2 or 3 lines are fine). Whatsapp Number is always good, since that helps to easily communicate and fix an appointment for viewing.

- We prefer personal visits even though video is possible. Please get in touch to book a viewing.
Viewing is planned for either Monday 30th Dec and/or Thursday 2nd January.
The apartment is vacant now.

- Short Application form will be sent to you by email, the application states the property, the rent etc etc.
- Rental contract is bilingual Deutsch/English
- please note, you need to pay the deposit 3 days after signing the rental contract (you cannot move in and pay the deposit later, that is not possible)
- you move in (i.e. handover of keys of the apartment); register electricity in your name (we help, very easy online takes 2 minutes) and you register with the town hall for residency (called "Anmeldung").
